Dream a little dream

After a month spent among Chinese smog, it's time to come back home and face the music.

I need a sleep, a bed and a shower. I need to ease up my boiling up nervous system. I need a hug from Her and luckily, she's incoming. 5 days from now, I will be picking her up at the airport for a European tour... Germany, Normandy, Holland, maybe Spain...

My last hours in Chengdu are fading up slowly as the sun is setting down. From the rooftop of the building where I stand, watching at my clothes drying, I'm listening for a last time the sounds of the nights. Those spicy aromas and heavy flavours floating into the air, the steps of people rushing to restaurants and the honk concerts raising up from Tianfu square. It's been a year already since all these things seems so familiar to me...

Talking with a Mexican tonight made me realize I wasn't coming back with empty hands. I discovered many things and collected more datas I was thinking... I even started to think my topic of researches could be a really interresting... My confidence is coming back as the path leading home is getting shorter.

Thanks to all of those who took some little time to read thoses posts and to follow this blog. After such a full month, I might stay a little quiet for awhile and start again writing my novel's project... My mind is full of chapter's material and I'm longing for an intimate afternoon...

The rain is still pouring down.

Bon retour à Paris. J'espère que tu n'as as été trop cuit dans le pays de "four" lol
J'ai un peu mal du pays en suivant ton blog, surtout quand tu racontes les gens dans le train, que je considère comme des proches
